Surface-mounted weatherproof box for emergency light - IP65
This watertight enclosure, designed for the B1050 emergency luminaire, offers an IP65 protection level.
Made of resistant ABS plastic with a glazed transparent polycarbonate diffuser, it's equipped with all the necessary fastening, mounting and sealing elements.
Installation
- For proper mounting of the B1050 emergency luminaire in the watertight housing, the surface fitting and the luminaire diffuser must be removed, exposing the LED plate.
- In the watertight housing, the sides must be drilled according to the markings provided to pass the wiring, and then the tri-proof gaskets included in the package must be fitted. Subsequently, the emergency light is wired.
- The lamp is fitted inside the watertight housing, and the rubber gasket is placed around the perimeter, making sure that it is perfectly integrated into the assembly.
- Finally, the diffuser is placed in the housing and screwed to the sides.
Applications
This surface-mounted weatherproof housing is ideal for wet environments, exposed to splashes, rain or condensation. It's especially used in outdoor warehouses, subway parking lots, subway tunnels, among others.
